Breakfast is great, parking very convenient However rooms are very small, toilet has the same papers as gas station. Not great for a 4 stars. Bed small and uncomfortable Staff on-site is very professional and nice. Deserve 5 stars

La Villa 10 is an excellent place to stay if you want to visit Etretat and the beautiful cliffs. This is an older building, however, it is in such wonderful condition! It is also located a short 3 minute walk from the cliffs, so super convenient. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby, so there's plenty to do. We opted for the double bed and it was quite comfortable. We had an upstairs room and the only downside to that is that we had to walk up a very narrow set of stairs with our luggage. We received a complementary steam sauna and it was such a treat! The staff were so nice and helpful, answering all of our questions about the hotel, the area, you name it! They all deserve praise. Breakfast... Oh My Gosh!! YUM!!! Eggs, bread, croissants, pastries, yogurt, muesli, coffee, tea, and on and on... It was delicious! All of it!! 10/10 would recommend!

I have travelled to maybe 30 countries and stayed in 100s of hotels. This was hands down the worst most traumatic experience. Terrible service. Delayed 2 hours at the check in time by 3pm. Uncomfortable bed, extremely noisy and creaky and the Directrice still had the guts to be extremely rude when I shared my displeasure at check out. Avoid at all cost

The hotel is sparkling new, the rooms are well decored, the staff is professional we felt really special. We followed the recommendations for eating out and activities, it was perfect ! Great breakfast. ||||Tips for improvement would be: better beddings and pillows.
